	Most Web developers work on an hourly rate. Consequently, it's difficult to know if they truly invested the hours they claimed to have worked on your project. To avoid that (sites of two or more pages), we simply work on a flat rate of .................... Our rate is a one-time, up-front charge. Unlike most developers, we don't charge you any on-going monthly fees. Thus, the cost of your Web site depends soley on how many pages you desire. After your site is completed the only thing you pay is a monthly hosting fee to a local hosting company of your choice (typically $14/month). If you don't favor any particular host we're happy to recommend several reliable local providers. If you wish to update your site, from time to time, (change text and photos) we provide three options... $199/page (change an entire page from top to bottom) $75/item (change individual photos or verbage) Or, if you wish, unlike most Web developers, we permit you to up-date your site yourself, at no cost to you. Practically unheard of in the Web community. We'll also give you a back-up copy of your entire site on CD, just in case you totally muck-up your site. No problem... the back-up will get you back in business in 60 seconds!
