PAYROLL CHECKS...

Your payroll checks are custom-produced to your specifications. The advice stub details all earnings and deductions for each pay period. All year-to-date information relevant to Form W-2 is also shown. An extra advice stub is provided for the employer's use, if desired.

DIRECT DEPOSITS...

By using Direct Deposit, your employees enjoy the flexibility of having their net earning directed towards more than one bank account. By not issuing paper checks, check fruad is reduced, employees do not have to leave work to make bank deposits and lost paychecks become a thing of the past.

FEDERAL & STATE REPORTS...

PayNow guarantees timeliness and accuracy of all Federal and State reports. Reports are filed electronically where supported by the entity requiring the report. The employer is provided with a printed copy of all reports. At year-end, Form W-2's and mailing envelopes are furnished free of charge.

MANAGEMENT REPORTS...

Employers are furnished with complete, easy-to-understand reports with each payroll. All department expenses are detailed, along with cash requirements for each activity. Available reports include: +Payroll Journal; +Qtr-to-Date/Year-to-Date Earnings & Deductions; +Cash Requirements; + Tax Liabilities by Month-to-Date/Qtr-to-Date/Year-to-Date; + General Ledger entries; + Employee Benefits Reconciliation; +Pension Plan Contributions;; +Job Cost Report" +Certified Payroll.

PENSION PLANS...

PayNow will report employee contributions and employer matches to your plan administrator at no additional cost. If the employer desires, PayNow will also transmit the funds to the administrator. The employer is furnished a detailed report of each employee's contributions and any employer matches.

GARNISHMENTS/CHILD SUPPORT...

PayNow offers Garnishment and Child Support administration at no additional charge. Child Support payments are deducted from the employee's check and electronically sent to the State Disbursement Unit. Garnishmenta are monitored and, if valid, a check is produced and sent to the employer for signature and mailing.
